FIRST XI VECTOR COMPRISES OF TWO DIFFERENT PATHWAYS
Talented footballers can choose from two programmes to enhance their football abilities, providing a platform to showcase their skills on the pitch and pursue a career within the sport; alongside this we offer education of excellence.
Option 1. THE FIRST XI VECTOR PROGRAMME
Football meets education
A 3-year full-time academic and elite football development programme delivered in partnership with Loughborough College, conferred by the Loughborough University.

Option 2. THE ELITE PROGRAMME
Elite Football Experience
Footballers can enrol on either a 3 or 6 month full-time Elite football development programme.
Our aim is to nurture all players aspirations of playing at the highest level by providing a platform in which they can strive and excel to reach their goals on and off the pitch.
The platform to showcase players abilities in front of academy staff, Coventry City FC coaches as well as key scouts.

The Vector Programme not only gives an opportunity for a young footballer to pursue their professional footballing aspiration whilst studying for and attaining a world class education but creates an unrivalled employability potential for an illustrious career.
Your Vector education will become the cornerstone for future employment in the football sector. Looking beyond your career as a professional footballer, a degree will allow you to become eminently employable.
As Vector academic programme director, my longer term aspiration is to see our Vector Programme alumni in senior leadership positions within global and varied areas of work. The Vector Programme will position a young person with aspirations to become the best that they can be with an appropriate education to build a career upon.
